How to find out firmware version in ZN5?
zn5 has user code...so i cant find out that version by smartclip for flashing....
is there any way to differentiate zn5 and zn5 128mp?

just connect and press search you will see your user code,and also it will show firmware.

@ aikonmani,

Did you try to read phone information with the SCout flasher?
Enter the phone in boot mode by pressing *# PWR ON, boot and firmware versions will be shown at the display of the phone.
After that post phone information here.

piower on phone and connect to smart clip
or power off phone then press *and # and power buttons
