How to get the licence code for smart moto
 

i have format my pc and now the smart moto ask for licenc code i have enter my old licenc code but not work

i have try to register in support site but if i enter all infos and press OK it say Error saving data


what is the problem

how many times u have registered before ???? reply

How many times U apply for Registration .... ANd did u remember which USer Name and Email u Provide During All previous Registration ....Email those to GSMSERVER they will give u a Last Chance as I get MINE

i have register few times i don't remeber i have send a e-mail to samrt clip and i have explain my problem

More Problems with Smart-Moto registration
 

Same problem here, I reformatted pc & now require a new licence, I have only requested a new licence 2 times before & I beleive you are allowed to register 5 times so why the problem, all I get is this meesage.....

Error saving data

It seems Smart-Clip & Smart-Moto are having major problems, its took me 3 days to download the new software, I was always getting ""website not responding"" & now I have managed to download the software i'm having registration problems, the truth is this is simply not acceptable, I dont have these problems with JAF, USB Smart, UFS or any tool I have, why cant Smart-Clip team make it simple like other coders & producers of these hardware boxes.

@Smart-Clip team, can you help me to register my Smart-Moto tool please as I have got phones here that need working on, please pm me for my serial number.

Yes I have also received an e-mail from support & now Smart-Moto working with valid licence installed.

I also got this message from them, if you have not done these steps already I suggest you do so....

Please make sure that:

1. Firewall on your computer (or your LAN) is configured properly or disabled

2. You have reliable Internet connection

3. LPT port settings are set to EPP in BIOS

4. Your LPT cable works properly

5. You use a stable power supply with your clip (use power adapter)

6. Your IE version is not lower than v5.0

7. If you run update under WinXP, log in as Administrator or any other account with administrative rights

8. You should clear cache of your browser and restart the computer.


To run a new SmartMoto under WinXP also to update a Smart-Clip please

launch the SM-tool, open Smart-Clip bookmark & tick the option "Disable OS parallel port polling (requires reboot)".

After that restart you PC.

Also set LPT options in SmartMoto to compatibility.

vella mbasi u shkruajta disa here ma bene refresh dhe e aktivizova perseri licensen dhe tani xhdo gje ok.
i write to smartmoto_license@ smart-clip.com. and now all is ok ,smart clip is the best box:)
