Did you check, how many digits of the subsidy code did the phone request before unlock?

when i start mobile with sim only logo show<vodafone>,stuck on logo,not show any thing,but mobile sound and on off proper.if we start without sim ,not stuck anywhere,only with sim problem.

I'am not sure, but after search, I think if the phone stuck on logo, it's a 16 digit, maybe wrong, I am not sure

tks for your fast reply, and just for confirm again, for flashing, they haven't probleme with 8 or 16 digit, and need TP for flashing or no ?

In order to flash this model use SCout and TP is not required. It doesn't matter whether the phone is locked with new or old security. Just ensure that you use unlocked flash file for that, otherwise the phone will become locked.

you mean locked on original network of phone ? not locked to other network ( exemple same flash network ) ?
