How to Register my smatclip,S Card & Scout - GSM-Forum

Hi, any one can help me how to re register my Gadget for me so that i can go to support and download files, i bough 2nd hand smart clip, S Card and scout, how can i transfer the registration to my name or account? as of now i cannot contact the original owner of this gadget, i can't get any information from him regarding his account name and password.
