1. preparete cyrcle
2. imei repair - apply patch
3. write imei

dont do that with z3 i did on 2 phones and both dead and i paid money to my custmors . z3 have bugs with imie changeing. the main think i dont know how to make tp and my both phoe totaly dead not even boot mode and not found on samrt motto.

Please show us log file, don't forget to hide serial numbers.

Manual for the TP procedure can be found here.
Try to connect the set via TP and perform Repair PDS/Full Flash procedures.
