I can´t unlock Moto EM325 with Smartmoto - GSM-Forum

Just today I try to unlock two pieces of Motorola EM325. Is my first time with this model. I follow the procedure like others Locosto based model that you described in official page of Smart Clip.
The soft begin ¨SENDING BOOT¨ and the progress bar run a little part, but the is stopped and nothing happend. The soft is hanged.
Now I use Smartmoto 3.21. I think maybe updating to Smartmoto 3.22 i can solve my problem. I just try and post then.
Any solution?????????

@ aslam870,

One of possible reasons for such error during unlock procedure of EM325 phone model could be that the set has new type of CPU installed on the board (Ver.2.12 or higher). In case if it has new CPU, it can not be unlocked at the moment.
