My smart clip was stuck on red and yellow light i couldn´t updted i send a email to Smart Clip Support Team and they fix my problem now my smart clip working 100% .

pls tell me how you were able to post your logs.i`av visited smart-clip.com but could see a space to past my logs. pls direct me.

The log has to be sent via e-mail.

When you connect your phone via Smart-Clip to SmartMoto program or Update zone, in lower part of the window you have a list of what is happening with the phone step by step. This is an operation log. Right above it there is a button "Save operation log". Press it -- the log will be saved. Then please, send it to us by e-mail.

i was able to update my clip, but, i cannot update my s-card, i have already re-send the log file. this is my email : [email protected]
