W510 Critical Error DEDE 00AD - GSM-Forum

Hello, I tried to unlock a W510, and when I do the TP to the phone SmartMoto detect boot 00.00, but after he say me "io timeout".

Now when put the batery in phone display "Critical Error DEDE 00AA", and the Smart Moto o Scout not detect the phone, say "phone not conected", then I can't tray to unlock it.

What can I do for solve this?

Please tell us what cable have you used for unlock procedure.
Where have you purchased it?

with this cable i unlocked 3 phones....no cable problem...
now...smart clip not recognize phone and display apear

Thanks for reply, I purchased the cable to my reseller, and he told me that de cable its ok.

I've the same problem that gsmservice, smart clip not recognize the phone, then I can't do it nothing for unlock, flash or revive the phone. :-(

@ Ros_GSM,

One of possible reasons for such problem is some hardware malfunction, please check the mainboard of the phone.

I've the same problem and the phone has not hardware malfunction. I unlocked many v3xx, V3re and W510 with my cbale so no cable problem. The phone was detected many times until this problem, now SC can't detect it.

I still have with the same problem: the smartmoto, scout and rsd programs not recognize the telephone; so I can't try to repair it.

Now, I do a normal TP from TP-A to GND (not smartTP) and smartmoto detect phone as a Black Neptune, but when I try to prepare phone, repair pds, flash,... it show me errors, and the phone still dead. This is a log with the errors:

this procedure damage flash chip of the handset.
In this case the phone needs hardware repair.

Too many w510 death.Maybe it's a bug on phone or bug to smartclip prog.
Unlock succesfull 10 pcs w510 and no error.but....but 2 pcd is death....
SMART TEST POINT IS USING ONLY TO UNLOCK PHONE.....NOT TO A PHONE INFO AND PREPARE PHONE
Maybe tp short to (+)....BE CAREFULY.... see photo

I used procedure described by friend "gsmservice_is" and anyway my W510, but still not reading anything ... Does not recognize the smart clip or not for a USB cable ... Completely without any signal. Some another hint?

please whatb can i do? w510 dead but still connect to smart moto, but can't preapere or unlock always says this message, but i have backup the file before the phone stop working
