m702is lock code problem!!!!!!
 

i want to unlock my client phone but iy have a lock code...how can i remove the lock code?customer dont remember the lock code...please help me to remove this....

AT command error that user code is anebled. To be able to unlock the phone from service provider user code has to be disabled.

sir how can i remove user code?customer dont know whats the code he forget...any advice?can i flash the phone?what flash file i use?thanks in advance...
