Bootloader accesse


I have a existing bootloader account purcahsed in july 09 now i downloaded this new bootloader version 2.0 to download flash files butits asking me to pay more .Firstly i prefered all system it was much better to use and understandplease can someone from support team contact me so i can provide my details and see why i must pay agian?

If you still have an active price plan at the old version of Boot-Loader, you can use it without switching to version 2.0 until your price plan expiration.
After the existing account will expire, you will be able to order an access to Boot-Loader v 2.0.

You can continue using the old boot-loader till the subscription expires and thereafter can switch to bootloader v2. but if still you want to enjoy the new bootloader, you can pay for the first subscription, just to complement the old access that you have.

Thanks for your kind helpPlease can u help me i have a V9 TELSTRA 04.C1R263311-AS_U_9C.13.43RIT needs to be upgraded with latest softwareI dont know what the latest software is without taking risk thta may kill this phone.please advise what is latest generic firmware without killing phonephone is alraedy unlocked
