and, the step from the Smart-Moto site is INCORRECT!!

BATTERY MUST ATTACH TO PHONE,POWER MUST ON AND CONNECT TEST POINT.WHEN SOFTWARE SEES PHONE ,THEN DON'T USE TESTPOINT.

THE SECRET IS : phone ON , battery attached..than ~make TP and ..unlock via smartmoto at same time !..
after that unlock again (here) no TP required at end session ..

...you need practice first ....hahahahahahahah

when I cut off TP and click on unlock via testpoint it says Time out,

when software boot your phone,stop use testpoint and click unlock testpoint button.if you want to unlock E1 more easy,please add my yahoo id [email protected]
you may need to share my special cable and then you don't need to use battery to unlock E1 BACAUSE USE BATTERY TO UNLOCK E1 VERY HARD TO DO

i never mind to sale or trade anything here,but Dienson looks like Vietnamese person,so i want to share with him my cable(i'm VN person too).look at your sound!!!!!!he always asked you first how to unlock your his E1's phone in step by step,but you didn't help him,and after i answered him and then you follow..dawn!this forum 90% people to help people,except 10% people don't have they work and find someone for fighting.I hope u r not in 10%.Isn't it?
