i flash it with file :RAZRV3x_R252211LD_U_85.97.40R_LP0039-full flash.mfw
now its showing memory of msg full

the problem on New V3x phones boot loades 6.8.3 is the same of usual

the V3x old or the last boot loader 6.8.2 have memory of phone 64 MB
the V3x new boot 6.8.3 or biger have memory of phone 128 MB

so the your problem is the software, tou need to get a full flash of 128 MB boot loader 6.8.3 and them your problem is desapier
