Need answer from Smart-clip support about LP0021 problem - GSM-Forum

As you know all flash files,all type of fash files(Mfw,Pcf) for LP0021 at www.boot-loader.com do not have Thai input. So I want to know can you solve this problem? If you can not solve please tell me Smart-clip not support that function.and I will buy another tools for support my need.

Please make a backup from the handset with Thai input and send it to us.

I have full back up of motorola flash files with LP0021 Thai menu and Thai input for V3,V3i,V3r,L6,L7,V360,V220,V600,V303 and more files. But I have only information with Firmware Version. Can you accept that? How can I send it to you? Please give me more details.

If the backup was made via TP, we need all information about the handset. About the handset, that backup was made from:
- Model
- IMEI
- User code
- Security code
- Operation band
- Firmware
- Flex version
- Language pack

This file from Prepare Cycle for V3i Boot A.30. May be can accept or you mean Prepare Cycle is Test Point.
Tomorow I will give you Full back up with Full details for non test point and non prepare cycle.May be full back up of V3 for test.

Prepare cycle emulates TP connection. That is why we need all info from the phone, even if it was via Prepare cycle.

So it means that original firmware files does not contain Thai input.

PS. I use Infinity-Box for motorola also and he give me perfect with menu and input you can check.
