NEED SUPPORT from GSMserver team
 

Hi product supporters, I have tryed to update my smart clip via smart adaptor..then got error message:
"Update denied, save log and contact support"
now clip not working also cant update.. GSMserver team please help me
allready send log to smart clip support..waiting for answer

Problem Solved With 1n 24 Hrs
 

HI, smart -clip team.. i have got reply from smart-clip team..then i tryed again to update..problem solved(with in 24 hrs),sucsussfull updated now!!
