HI I AM having problem in unlocking two C650 with smart clip and my smart clip is upgraded to 2.11 any help plz

yes freind its same time if you are lowbat then use fone charger......

yes, if charger not connect phone says low battery cannot program

the battery is good but the red light is caming on and the phone is still locked

Well sometimes I think the main problem is that the phone or the smartclip needs more power than 9V so that's why people is telling you to connect the charger and at the same time try to unlock it when the phone is charging.
