Lost Scard & pairing issue


I lost my scard! can I pair my old Scout dongle so I can use SmartMoto SW?

First you need to order Conversion of SCout to S-Card.
Second step: write a letter to , provide smart-clip serial, old and new s-card serials, ask for new s-card to smart-clip registration.
Third step: update your clip and then update s-card.

Hehehe, Many steps to make! Can my reseller do this step for me.

I do still have the Support Download on my Clip, so what now if a I pair with Scout convert to Scard does my Download Support extend?

Yes, your reseller can do it for you, but you need to provide him with all serial numbers.

No, conversion of SCout to S-Card wouldn't extend "Download Support".
