try to other pc but same problem ,...... other tricks pls

Remove other Smartcard form USB cable, Plug to other USB port.

i face the same problem... how can we solve this one?

s-card update problem....

In case of still having difficulties while updating, please save a log file of the process and email immediately along with serial numbers to support[at]smart-clip.com
