i unlock a w490 after unlock with smartclip it give me error ph_ver

Please explain in more details what happened with the set.
What is written on the display of the phone?
Can it be detected by the SmartMoto?

after it give the error ph-ver it go into boot mode yes smart clip can find it.

Can you post a log of what SmartMoto detects ? (remember to delete your serial number)
Always remember to save a log of operations and post it here when you have problems with unlocking or flashing.
