!!Prepare option does not work!! restore operation failed - GSM-Forum

im trying to do Unlock in L6 phone, but NO WAY!! I've changed the SC power adapter to a correct one, but still not work!

Prepare Option: Selected Model: L2, L6
(x) Automatically unlock phone (ticked) <-- I think here's my problem

here's the log:

Hardware IMEI: 358xxxxxxxxx
Security zone saved in "PDS... mbk"
Performing restore from temporary backup file

(now its the error

Writing section 1/4.. passed. Writing section 2/4.. passed. Writing section 3/4.. think a little and says..........

WARNING. Restore operation failed. Try to perform 'prepare' operation or flash the phone

!!WELL!! Thats are good news

now i have to flash the phone to get back alive. Owner was very mad

cause he lost all of their data cause SC can't do a prepare option!!

PLEEAASEE!! NEED SOLUTION!! EXPERTS, HELP ME!!

was the power adapter the source of all of my failures..

i have replaced it and all is working
