SMART-CLIP LOGIN with a message "PLEASE WAIT SOFTWARE LOADING "permanently???

After login to "www.boot-loader.com",i try most time to login my smart-clip but,always the following message " Please wait .Software loading." durang a long time without to be open? How will i access to support area to donload flash files,please?

I do not understand why everyboby must write you a mail when can't login..?

i have the same problem i have tried to update mu smartclip but always i c'ant have the updat sodtware averytime Please wait. Software loading... plz help

An issue you're dealing with appears due to an ActiveX settings.
