Smart-clip dead with c116?


Hi.
My smart clip was working nice. But last time when I tried to unlock c116 then red light on and freeze even after disconnect and reconnect electricity.
What happen? How to repair?

I am unhappy, because how many smart-cip die while updating or unlocking motorola phone. Actually those actions need to be most safe. But for smart clip this is opposite. What kind of policy do you have? Exchange it free via reseller or I need to pay extra?
Please reply me urgent.

I bought it from nonu_don, www.gsm-device.com but he do not reply until now. Bad support from him. Such case what an I do?

relax man. i am sure naman will do all the possible things he can do. se keep quite and give some time to solve the problem. if they do nothing then start posting here.

i had same problem i cut plastic coting at the end of the pin and i pushed it with a bit of force and it unlocked within a seconds try hope this will help u.
be happy.
