Smart Clip Problem - GSM-Forum

I have a problem with my brand new smartclip. When I connect to ANY phone using the right cable and press unlock, the GREEN LED immediately becomes RED

when I try and connect it with Lpt cable to smartmoto 1.15, the power switches off and it shows "device not connected" anybody seen such a problem yet?

when I try on a different smartclip, everything works out fine..
I have tested with more than 10 different brands of phones, none is working... I need to start using it

or sell it off..

If it still under warranty - contact your supplier & exchange it.

..A friend had a similiar problem, but opened up the clip and found a short, and removed it.

I also tried to open mine, but everything is clean.. Does that mean I have lost my warranty???

Please help out..

can u atleast suggest which part has a problem? Power, IC, because there is no way I can sit down and loose money, because of something which is faulty from the beginning, and be told that nothing can be done because I opened a screw..
