Dear users,
We are pleased to introduce new versions of Smart-Clip v3.09 and S-Card v1.09.
With this release:

C11x (fw 2.5.78) “phone hacked” issue resolved and unlock procedure improved.
C139 fw version 1.3.29 is tested and proved to be supported.

NOTE
For the users, that received “phone hacked” message while unlocking C11x models, please connect the handset to Smart-Clip and perform the unlock process again.

i never had any problem b4 arrival of S-card
now its made me crazy.
every day it came with a new error.
today i was updating my clip and too many error
few of them or below

Please write a letter to support[at]smart-clip.com In letter please specify what problem you have and attach log file.
If it was already sent, please wait for reply.

One more great New Year's present for us from smart-clip developers.
Just solved the problem with "phone hacked" on C139

ejazkhan9, looks like EEPROM chip in your clip is damaged

I still can't unlock C139 trac Phone.

Using Smartmoto 2.12, SmartClip 3.09 and S-card 1.09

Getting two red lights when using just Smartclip. When using Smartmoto can't find phone.

not to take away from this thread, but will there by any support for C261? I have the unit and can send to the team for testing if needed. Locked to Fido in Canada.

even you get unlock C139 (TracFone ) ,,,,you need flash phone after that,,,but I don't know how to flash phone,,
if you know give me some words how to done it

C140 is the same as C139 and it's supported, check the list of supported models at www.smart-clip.com.
Unless you have a specific fw version or your Clip is not updated to the latest version.
