Well you must register you have to register on www.boot-loader.com
Log-in and log your clip. Search for the phone you want to change lp in the ftp. Check if the lp you are looking for has the same version as the phone(I prefer to have the same version in flash and lp). Download it and flash into the phone.

Alternatively you can backup a lang pack from another phone & flash (restore) it to your phone.
To backup a language pack with SamrtMoto: bookmark “Flash” > ”Read language pack”.
