Member: 8353 Status: Offline Sonork: 113276 Thanks Meter: 335 | what i understand this update is this if u update your scard to this version u will loose generic mtk unlocking............for example i read code of alcatel vm560 through 4.29 but this model is absent is 4.30....I think generic mtk unlocking is available in sigma key thats why they are restricted smartclip users to specific models. |

Please,to be honest, I feel compelled to ask and find out why I am being denied my right to have access to full support. I am saying this because some time ago, I faced a similar problem and I sent the LOG to Support, and truly,within 24hours, you provided me the guidance and the problem got solved. But this time, it is over a week now and still the Log File has never been analyzed. The result is that,I cannot use my box,especially Smart Moto with the S-Card and I am facing a lot of inconveniences! Please may I know why it has taken too long to analyze my Log and provide solution to my problem? You should note that my persistence means I am feeling a lot of incoveniences: I HOPE IF YOU FOUND YOURSELF IN SUCH A SITUATION, YOU WOULD DEFINETLY FEEL A LOT OF INCOVENIENCES AND COMPLAIN AND PROBABLY REPORT THIS UNFAIR TREATMENT!
