Thanks for the update.
Yesterday I tried to update my S-Card. Halfway through the process, about 85%, I got the message: S-CARD COMMUNICATION FAILURE!

Since then, the S-Card is no more functioning!

I have sent UPDATE LOG to Support, up to now no response!

Please I need help, because I need it to work.

Please for how long should I wait for the team to even acknowledge receipt of my LOG, let alone to give me guidance?

It is almost 3 days now and no word has been heard from the support team! WHAT A SUPPORT!

I feel the support these days is very poor as compared to the previous years!

what i understand this update is this if u update your scard to this version u will loose generic mtk unlocking............for example i read code of alcatel vm560 through 4.29 but this model is absent is 4.30....I think generic mtk unlocking is available in sigma key thats why they are restricted smartclip users to specific models.

Virgin VM560 = Alcatel OT-506
These are the same models, but VM560 is branded to Virgin. It's supported by SC.

Hi Mr GSM Support,
It is over 4 days(about 120 hours) that I sent Log file to Support; it is over 30 hours that I sent you my E-Mail address!

In both instances, I have never heard anything!

Your Website states explicitly that customers should hear from support concerning the LOG FILES WITHIN 24 HOURS ,but very unfortunately this is not the case!

Please I am again appealing to you to let me hear from you concerning the Log File that I sent.

Arrow S-card update problem

Dear GSM-SUPPORT,
Thanks for the info.
Please,to be honest, I feel compelled to ask and find out why I am being denied my right to have access to full support. I am saying this because some time ago, I faced a similar problem and I sent the LOG to Support, and truly,within 24hours, you provided me the guidance and the problem got solved.
But this time, it is over a week now and still the Log File has never been analyzed.
The result is that,I cannot use my box,especially Smart Moto with the S-Card and I am facing a lot of inconveniences!

Please may I know why it has taken too long to analyze my Log and provide solution to my problem?
You should note that my persistence means I am feeling a lot of incoveniences: I HOPE IF YOU FOUND YOURSELF IN SUCH A SITUATION, YOU WOULD DEFINETLY FEEL A LOT OF INCOVENIENCES AND COMPLAIN AND PROBABLY REPORT THIS UNFAIR TREATMENT!
