Cannot unlock 3 x C350 - GSM-Forum

I have tried to unlock 3xC350 without sucess. What could be the problem?
As soon as I press unlock button after 3 sec shows red light
Please help

mayby phone hawe phone code if yes frist u must disable code

Hy,

I think that is a problem with the last firmware of smart-clip. Ihave the sama problem with v220, c360 ... .

All 3 showing "Contact Service" Any idea what could be wrong?

just make a master reset on the phone

w/o sim enter *#06# press menu menu 048263* it shall appear opcode on the screen press 18*1 ok wait for a coiple of seconds you will get succes message then quit that menu repower the phone and unlock it
