when i try to update my clip it gives error UDATE CLIENT.
when i try to install new version of smart moto i also get error.

For update make sure all activeX settings are enabled.
Please specify, what kind af error do you get during SmartMoto instalation?

the pic is the error i get when trying to install smart-moto.
i still havent been able to update my clip.same error.im using win98.
please help.

i had same problem but all i did was to use win98 and it updated without any problems

I just checked and seems all to be find - 5 pcs was updated in just seconds on my Win 2000

I think that you got some problemswith Firewall like Symantec one

i dont have any firewalls.
i have updated my clip in the past on the same computer using win98.
not updating this time.
sc support please help

can you try updating your box on another PC with XP or 98. Maybe your computer has problems now :-)

It can happed with orginal your smart-clip

Clip serial: xxxxxxxxx, version: 2.15, initializing... OK

Yes it is good product but not protected it is cloned, it can be killed by server.
You can try but i just want to warn you
also what is difference between orginal and clone:

orginal

You can't unlock sendo no cables included you can waste your time by making/connecting some..
After registracion you can't clip login for download flash files.
You can't update your clip cos "access is denied" unless you
ask support few times and than let you update,even after succsessfuly
update to 2.15 version your clip can die!
After asking for help and sending to GsmSrever clip log and history log
you can get answer that your clip "was involved to clone","Blacklisted sn"!and he won't
help and discuss about that!And it is bad if you live maybe in cloners coutry.
You can breake warranty sticker open clip and find bad looking board full of
flux.Yes it means your clip was repaired,reselled,killed by the server and "involved
to clone". !!!

Clone

You can buy cheap enought maybe 2.15 version.also with all sendo cables!
You don't need to update and kill your clip!
You don't need to stress clip login,clip update,asking for help.
You can open clone and see inside good looking board also made by the same factory as orginal!.
If will be new version send to cloners to reprogram anyway orginal need to send too,
in my way still where is no way!.

well this is my experience i wrote.
So why this happend with me and why my clip is in black list if i bought orginal from
m.com.ua Ukraine?
