after try to upgraide my smart clip i have this message??? and i try to unlock phone today v 220 the box not work no light no think only work with smart moto so i need urgent hellp please

do update again ... server is very busy at the moment ... don´t disconnect till update is completly finished and new soft is shown in update window .. it takes me bout 10 minutes to login and hlaf an hour to update clip firmware ... so let it work and start watching the world go by.

yes i am box dead not update update fail all led of box

disonnect box from computer and powersuply (not battery !!!)
wait 1 minute ... than open smart-clip.com than connect smart clip to lpt and than to power supply (not battery !!!)
now press login ... takes bout 10 minutes after that when update button is available klick update and let update run ... took me half an hour to be ready sucessful ... after that everything is done ... but it only works with smart-clip not with smart-unlocker so be shure to have the correct device !
if an error appears ... start procedure again ... till everything is ok this box is hard in getting and if any thing is wrong in soft u can repair by update function ... i use one of my boxes till 3 years about and works fine today ...

OOO all my dear collegue,i already sent 3 mails to SC on both mail,no answer till no,box is still dead,without him i'm like without pen.s,realy beautifful suport and care for customer from SC team.
Shame...Shame...Shame...That's only i can said...

in this stage your box doesnt finish the update and you disconnect them
you most wait to finish or to give you a message from server

thanks mate i did exactly what you said connect smart-clip to lpt port and the connect adapter and update it and wait for clip to update and clip was great again
