v975 boot 6.1.2 dead after remove rsa


i am trying to remove rsa to v975 boot 6.1.2 but the soft give error and the opperation can't finish. the phone now goes to flash mode itself and the boot become 5.f.1. i am trying many flash file but no success to revive it

probably eroor like error0xc3.not sur
i don't save the log. if the smartmoto automaticly save it; so when can i find it?

exactly i don't now it's like r245_xxxxxxxxxx

i try to flash with R245_U_82.31.68I_lp002C_full_flash.mfw . the phone flash completed but it show the some screen as flashed with r245_u_82.31.56i

the only log that i saved is like this

Log files doesn't get saved automatically by software.

Connect the phone via TestPoint after that run Repair PDS procedure and Full Flash it once again.

1-is it normal that the boot version is changed from 6.1... to 0.5.1.

2-why even i flash the phone with other firmware version it show always in screen the same firmware (r245_u_82.31.56i )

Yes, it is normal. Boot version get downgraded during Remove RSA procedure.

Firmware version doesn't change because the phone haven't start up properly.
Try to perform Repair PDS procedure once again and after that Full Flash the set with the same firmware version like it initially had.

Also, please tell us what was signed on the screen of the phone after Remove RSA procedure.

Did you try to perform Repair PDS procedure and full flash the phone with the r245_u_82.31.56i after that?
Provide us with log file, please.
Don't forget to erase serial numbers.

i am trying many flash file but no luck.
this is the security back-up if you can extract any information about frw version and boot version or any other help.

After many trying many time flash and repair pds. Now the phone not goes into flash mode AFTER FLASH OR REPAIR but it schow only error on screen :

i think there is no ways to revive this phone.
plz smart team added autosave log operation to software like other teams software. so in case of wrong worck we can return to the first log file saved.

Perform following operations:
1. Connect the phone via TestPoint
2. Run Repair PDS operation (don't power on the set after that)
3. Full Flash the phone with r245_u_82.31.56i

After these procedures will be completed, post log file here.
