Cannot Flash V3x - GSM-Forum

I have got one V3x restart with sim and without sim , I have try to flash it with just prepair method, when it was in middle light has gone i mean my system shut down. Then i try to power on with normal or *+#+power, but failed, Now i try to flash it with TESTPOINT But it show me error, cannot REPAIR PDS, OR SIM FLASH. HERE IS LOG.

try to flash in scout mate...

flash it with pcf files...

Please tell us what power supply you use with your Smart-Clip.
Recommended power adapter for the Smart-Clip is 12V 750mA.

P.S. All flash files that we have can be found at the www.boot-loader.com
PCF flashd files can be found in the PCF file folder at the boot-loader.com

Sir realy thanks for kind information and saggestion, But i know i can download from www.boot-loader.com and i have many files downloded from here, but now my accout is expire and i dont want to recharge it i need a link whree i can download this file free. Please
