rdl sig error 55:02 ????? while unlocking v3 - GSM-Forum

As of yesterday, everytime I try to unlock a v3 with software version- R374_g_oe.41.c

I get this message: rdl signal error 55:02:

I have updated the clip to version 2.15
can anyone help? -thanks

I have some guys who have this problem too. They came with the phone and I must say wait so please be patient.

download the flash one you want ,and then use smartMoto >computer usb port >search>and flash the one you get from the site I gave to you
done the phone unlock and included video+camera
It doesn't matter what boot loader,,,work the same....I done more than 10 V3 with that bootloader

flash is good, but i do not want to flash every phone...just want to unlock razrs with the smart clip like i have always done....till 2 days ago when this error started showing. i just updated to version 2.16 this morning and I still get same error. is there a fix coming or does the smart clip not work on v3 anymore?

i am just wondering why the smart clip team has not addressed this problem?
tech support has not answered my e-mail.

It's impossible to flash with this bootloader yet...Or at least using SmartMoto.

Bengrippin. If someone ask you 100 times the same question and they have a place where the answer is placed what would you do??Mate this answer is already posted some times. I also can tell you that bootloader 8.26 and 0.6.3.6 are not supported yet. More emails will not help in this case.

thats fine and dandy, but i am not asking to flash, i am just trying to unlock and am NOT using smart moto o.k.? please do me one last favor and tell me this......can i unlock a v3 w this boot version? -thanks

thanks for the reply....understood......can you tell me how to look up the bootloader version so that i may direct my customers over the phone so that they may look up their version before bringing their phone in? i just unlocked a 8.23 no problem. thanks for the help.

yes u can flash phone with bootloader 8.26 , inclusive u can flash it with firmware with bootloader 8.23 but your bootloader dont be downgraded in that way and u cant unlock phone anyway .....only way to downgrade bootloader its with special shx file containing only bootloader in it but im not sure the phone will be alive in this way ,,,,,need beta tester hehehehe

press and hold both * # and then Power up
and the phone will boot into FLASH mode. and you will see the boot-loader version on the top 2 lines ...
