v3re BOOTLOADER NOT SUPPORTED TO UNLOCK - GSM-Forum

is there anyway to unlock this phone ? I prepare here the log for you to analize smart clip team...

@ MARKIE41,

In case if boot version get read as 4.00 most probably that the handset has some hardware malfunction. in most cases the flash chip is damaged. Please check the PCB of the phone.

I have exactly the same problem with the exact phone and the latest smartclip updates ... i don't think its a fulty chip as i have as it's a brande new phone

Always Check bootloader by 3 keys
0C.C1 is 100% Supported.
if prepare and backup was done ok.
Do TP again i am sure ur handset will be Unlocked All ok.

come on are you new in this bussines or what v3re is not supported by prepare method you should use smart testpoint procedure to unlock this phone

Baby before making TP
U must prepare phone with data cable Connected.
then u can open phone and make TP

What have you done to the phone? What steps did you perform? Do you have an original Smart TestPoint cable?

i have the same prob

i have done few fone with out ne prob but this one iz in blank mode and does't take tp. wat happend iz after preparing fone ven it says to conect tp.
i have conect tp but doest serch fone :: no fone found:: after abt few tries i left the fone same and it was asking again and again for test point which can not b e conected ;;; now its in blank mode does't take flasg repair pda or does't even start unlocking from step one.

c if u can help us out..

@ 4ly,

In case is the phone stays in blank mode, then most probably that it has some hardware malfunction. Please check the mainboard of the, make sure that it doesn't have any malfunctions or short circuits.

thanks for ur kind rep but there is no short circuits or board damge as i have done many b4.
is there any normal test point on the borad to put it in blank mode except the unlocking tp like v3r or others.

@ 4ly,

"Classic" TestPoint for this phone model doesn't exist. It can be unlocked with the Smart TestPoint cable only. In case if "Classic" TestPoint was used, then it definitely has hardware malfunction.
