Red face s-card update failure! :( [bought yesterday]


Hi, yesterday i bought the s-card dongle for my smart-clip... first i succesfull updated my smart-clip to last version using s-dongle then i tried to update s-dongle with the tool downloaded from your website but, it gived me an error and said that my s-dongle is damaged and not allowed to repair...

Please help me, my s-dongle has 1 days of life and dont work...

i sent an e-mail to support with serial number details
my e-mail is [email protected] (i sent it from office [email protected])

Please let me know something as soon as possible...

Walking ***** in the sahara is one option. The only option that will help you is as phoneze has mentioned. Wiped out my dongle twice now. Emailed support and within 24 hours I have been up and running again.

but i still can't fix my s-dongle
when i try to update i always got this messages

Your s-card dongle is recognized as damaged but is not allowed for repari
please contact support....

Finnally everythink is ok now, s-dongle repaired correctly and succesful registred with my smart clip

S-card bind

I have my s-card with smart-clip.
after update smart-clip i been damaged.
now i have new smart-clip but s-card cant update with it couse it say the s-card is bind with another smart-clip.
i sent message to [email protected]. its not replay .
i sent it from [email protected]
please answer me?
