W510 unlock by smart test point problem.. - GSM-Forum

I try to unlock 3 phones w510 with smart test point by gsm server, smart moto say, unlock ok, but phone no unlocked, say enter subsidy password...

Have just tested specified issue - flashed w510 with this firmware file R452G_G_08.13.05R. The phone became locked.
Then I've unlocked it and the phone became unlocked

Problem already solved, downgrade phone and try again working fine...

I unlocked thew W510, but the phone is not ascending the lights of the display and it is warming up

I use 1 Tp comtacts and the flash: W510_R452G_G_08.11.05R_lp0003_full_flash.mfw

Have you disconnected display before using Smart TestPoint.
Please check th mainboard of the handset, most probably that it has some hardware malfunction.

So are you saying that do not need to downgrade software
R452G_G_08.13.05R, to unlock.

Another question did you used S-card or Smart-moto to flash phone...

Same issue here, Software says, phone is unlocked, but phone says ENTER SUBSIDY PASSWORD

Actual phone was W490 T-Mobile(Boot: 0C.50, FW:
R452G_G_08.24.02R), while I get problem with TPs phone remains boot mode, revived by flashing with "R452G_G_08.13.05R_PDS009_LP0539_DRM0105_VSTG_30E_ 07_JPJAVA_G_08_W510HSA_06_08_11R_GSTPEMBAORAFR09F_ 1FF[Orange].pcf"

Can you please give me any Idea about that?
