You have to Flash phone via Prepare Smart TP Mate w/ "Unlock automatically after prepare" disable. Do the Unlock Procedure again Mate then Flash it with the same FW in .mfw Format.

I believe SCout is better FLASHER than Smart-Moto.

@ dust66

just try another version of flashes. then try it again.

@ dust66,

The thing is that you tried to flash the phone with the wrong firmware version, that is why flashing procedure could not be finished correctly.
R263311M_U_9C.13.37R_1 firmware version avilable in the Scout->PCF->... file folder of the www.boot-loader.com
Try to flash the handset with it.

that happen because you put the phone in flash mode when you use prepare smart testpoint, and the software dont make the backup, you have to do this
make again the tp process ,when you finish ,without disconect the phone flash the phone whit smart moto use the same firmware version, then you phone turn on normally, br dreechan

There were some mistakes at hardware side during unlocking, thus flashing finishes with "checksums mismatch" messages.
