"x:\Program Files\GsmServer\SmartMoto\temporary backup\bkp_F9298B2B41817165.bk_" is temporary backup that get created by SmartMoto software automatically during the unlock procedure (in case if the phone was connected Powered on, not in flash mode). It get restored and deleted during last steps of unlock procedure.
