My reseller as me doesn't know who I register or what registration he/she can have this clip.
I have written to the support of Smart-clip but they have not responded me.

It registers me to my, the page knows my I number of clip but it refuses me the access.

Can somebody tell me how or where to request help with this problem?

He said that to access the boot-loader it´s necessary to make login with the smartclip, but her smartclip was registered with other user and now he doesn't have as accessing the boot-loader for download flash files while he doesn't enter with the user name that registered her smartclip.

it seems the problem is that the reseller has registered the clip to someone else (but doesnt know who) So when the user tries to log in they get the message registered to someone else.
If this is the case then its upto reseller to sort it out or maybe smartclip team could re-register it to Chebanet (as long as its not clone or something)
