im contact my resseler via icq dont give ansvear

Just make update one more time, check Your internet connection, close all aplications and open only sagem update.

i have seem probleme too !!
my sagem master becom now device not found

Just make update one more time, or 100 times if You need, but this Your PC or internet conection foult.

Close all aplications, swich off firewall, service pack etc...

Use another computer to upgrade!
I had the same prob, even the dongle was showing "damaged"
But I used another computer, and I upgraded succesfully
