device not found and the ****,s reseller cheaters not respond

some resellers cheaters and bad persons not respond .....only respond in the moment send the money.

i am not write the name by my reseller for not closed or dead other boxes

please i need any solution or update for repair my box original sagemmaster

the life is life and cheater alwais cheater

i paiment other new box sagem master the reseller autentic from morroco www.gsm-heaven.com

please i need solution for my old dead box.it is a big pr for all client
ej-waiting 1 week and the **** reseller not respond and ......blablabla
it is not good for company sagem master

better work on ur dongle cos they are less quality very easy to destroy i have 2 sagem masters here they are all not working(device not found) i dont know what to do send it to my reseller to replace it for me? buy a new one? or there is a sollution to fix it?
