I have scdr ll and smti but both box cannot work on one pc. if i open software error message appear smti encounter problem and need to short i try on differen pc too the same.

If you have installed the userport.sys , Try to remove your AntVirus first ! especialy if It was Kaspersky and let see !

ok formerly i was use scdr ll and it work fine and later i purchase smti and install on the same pc it work for one hour and later devolop that problem.i have three pc and i try second one too the same thing.now i install smti on the last pc it working fine without any problem and now i'm afraid to add scdr ll on the same pc.also i have read manual but there is thing in about my problem.pls need solution to my problem.thank to you all
