Are you using testpoint adapter, testpoint cable or test jig?

Try and clean test points.

i am using test poit jigle
what can i do?

clean the testpoint and tip with your solder equipment a little soldering on it.

the try with the test jig, if it doesn't work use a cable with test point and solder test points on to the phone.
