Anybody Know if there is a NEC flasher?

If somebody could point me in the right direction I would be most grateful..

Is this software called IPLS2? Those flashes are designed for NEC e616v?
I've about 600 MB of flashes but it's useless - it's designed only for IT - Italian NECs. I wasn't able to flash my UK Nec e616v with this stuff

Maybe someone has IPLS v2 but not Italian version and also flashes for e616v?

If you search forum Spunlock posted the software and flasher on the net this one works ok no probs.
