Calculation error on direct unlock for e616 - GSM-Forum

Hi !
I have the following problem when unlocking an E616 with the direct unlock software.
After inputing the IMEI the program says Calculation error.
Please help

What program are you using and what version is your nec?

what about if you are using crazzy nec reader, the code reader and the direct unlock as well they are saying calculating error what is the problem mine is a c616 pliz help

Contact me for logs for nec server. You ull get it unlocked from first try.
