dial lock or user code? - GSM-Forum

wht is it really called? i have a phone... when i start the phone.. it shows a KEY in centre of the 2 button on screen... and when i try to dial something it asks for a 4 DIGIT CODE (which is supposed to be a user code).... wht this thing is called? i mean wht do i call this problem... ???????
1. DIAL LOCK
2. USER CODE
OR
3. 4 DIGIT CODE
??????????????? anyone know plz tell me and if u have solution to this problem plz contact me. i'll buy this solution................

I tried to unlock one NEC E616V and one NEC E338 just now, no problem at all, unlocked successfully. Basically I get this modified cable from this eBayer who sold the remote unlocking kits (software + cable). You can go to the below link if you interested to purchase the kit:

unlock was successful butit ask for dial lock,can any one help out.

You could use online nec 3g client ... UniServer.
