Unlock NEC e338 with a USB cable?
 

Hi!

Is it possible to unlock NEC e338 with a USB cable? I can only find solutions for COM cables (I have Crazzy dongle).

I've already tried to search (of course), but I haven't found anything usefull.

well make sure to install your driver for nec e338 first after make sure to use a usb cable the same as NEC E616, make sure to install the drivers first after to see that ur drivers installed go to control panel and u will see it from there click on port n u will see port number!!
what software are u using to unlock your e338?

I'm not using any software (yet) - since I'm looking for it! :-)

well if ur nec version 04 u need to download that to v3 and that an other story my friend ..If u only have one phone the best way just take it to a phone shop to unlock it for u cause Nec e338 not that easy ..Anyway there's few free softwares but u need a workign cable etc..

Hehe, simlock.dk is the largest/olderst unlock company in Denmark - but we don't have alot of NEC e338 phones in Denmark.

I needed some new equipment, and at the same time just ordered a clip, that should be able to unlock all versions of NEC e338.

to let u know some clips, are not good it change Imei for example to 0044 etc.. and not sure if that clip will support version 04 anyway if u want to send em the phone I will do it for u for free only ..You need to pay for the postage m8 ..I have all software for Nec but sometimes not easy to do v04 e338!

I can supply you server credit if you need. It will also unlock version 4 with no need to downgrade
