Htc Desire 320 CID repair error

Please help..after flashing get cid error and cant get repaired
tried flashing all 3 firmware from support area.

Start OTSmart.exe choose HTC 320 model and press Write Device Partition,click on NVRAM and select the file attached in this post.
File is only for HTC 320 model dont use it for other model because is not tested to work.
