can you please guide me to unlock network pin its giving me errors in diag-mode I tried all diag-mode methods 1, 2 ,3 no success but drivers a properly installed

You must power on and off the phone and select U963 from the menu. Not something else !

I did what you said but still same errors now I think mobile has hardware problem or locked firmware which doesn't allow to enter diag-mode
