Acer e320 dead on unlock
 

Please furious team help out of this am try to unlock acer e320 and when i tried to flash the phone firmweare on your site and computer shoot down
since then i try to reflash the phone not boot again only stay on dowload mode

And wheres our fault your pc restarted ? As for flash file its made by Acer so could try asking them

It's not reacting, but you ask for solutions for in some cases unknown issues. I have been unlocking/flashing for long long time and never got a computer shutdown.

And in this case flasher it's developped by Acer so hack do not know well enough the routines of how it works. So he told you to ask the makers, ACER.

Post log including info about software version of AMDO tool.

You need to read the manual. You must have 13 fw version not 8.
