Hi..i have 2 dongle..one for blackberry (pack4) and one for LG (pack5)
My problem is dongle whit pack 5 (LG) is damaged..maintenance show me only 4096 bits free..i try format/repair..nothing help me! I want move activation from pack 5 acount to pack 4 dongle..!

I this case can i use both pack 4 & 5 since i payed both..i payed activation..but my dongle is death...i think this is the right way to solve my problem! Move activation from one dongle (death one) to another dongle (bberry dongle)!

No warranty! My resseler is STEVE! I want to move my activation from this death dongle to another dongle wich i have (bberry dongle)

Hi All!

How I know it the gold store into a claim to have bought the pack8+ 1year support?
Yet atkiv there is an account so does not allow it the to renew account.

Ok..here is detail from working dongle:
Your box username: FGLIGHT3336

And here is detail from damaged dongle:
Your box username: FGLIGHT3739

Please move pack 5 from damaged dongle (3739) to working dongle (3336)

And i have one more question: FGLIGHT3336 it was payed as BBerry dongle but never was activated whit pack 4..only pack 1 & 6 inside! How to solve this problem? Resseler for this dongle is FoneFunShop LTD..

Thx for your support..but how to change pack1 from this functional dongle to pack 4? Must speack whit resseler? Bcz this dongle is payed as bberry dongle but till today is not activated
