Using library Brom_DLL_v7.1522.2
Searching phone in normal mode;
[connect the phone powered off to the usb cable]
ERROR: Device not found !
ERROR: BOOT_PHONE;

There you go. The log soft log I hope.

I have used 3 windows 7 pc, one xp pc, 4 differing usb cables and two phones I get the same log every time.

Means drivers not installed or the phone has enabled the fast power on feasture (and in that case it has to be disabled).

You can always unlock it by codes thru:
Alcatel | SFR | Vodafone | Motorola Unlock Codes
